I've written before about wax paper as the secret weapon for all great burger joints and here is more evidence to support it's magic contribution to one tasteeeee cheese burger. In addition to making great burgers, the folks at Tommy's are avid supporters of the local roller derby, fans of Johnny Cash and critics of their esteemed governor. My kind of folks.
